What information should I include in a business inquiry?

Please include the product, grade or specification, quantity, origin or preferred origin, destination country or port, preferred Incoterm, required delivery period and any relevant commercial details.

Can suppliers submit an offer to MAAS?

Yes. Open the Sales & Purchase Inquiry page, select “Offering Supply” and provide clear product, origin, specification, quantity, availability and company information.

Does submitting an inquiry create a binding agreement?

No. Website inquiries are for initial business discussion only. Any transaction is subject to verification, commercial confirmation and contract.

What documents can I upload?

You may upload normal business documents such as an RFQ, product specification or company profile. Do not upload passwords, bank login details, full bank statements or unnecessary sensitive identity documents.
